Bruce Hampton Franklin, Publisher

Bruce H. Franklin began his publishing career in 1987 at the University of Chicago Press. His knowledge of the publishing business covers book design and production, marketing and sales, acquisitions, contracts, and subsidiary rights. Mr. Franklin is a descendant of John Franklin, Benjamin Franklin's brother, and, on his mother's side, Wade Hampton, Civil War cavalry general. He is the author of The Buckley-Class Destroyer Escorts and a contributor to the Naval Warfare Encyclopedia.
